This tv spot was essentially designed around the video footage supplied from Lakewood church for Church on the Rise.    (I heard many people called the office asking: “When is Joel Osteen coming to COR?” )  There are a large number of  new Christians who watch Joel on tv, but who never get plugged-in to their local church.
